About the Author

Daniel C. Pauley Sensei has studied Asian martial arts since 1972. He has attained dan rankings in Karatedo, Kempo and attained 6th dan in Seizan Ryu Kempojujutsu in 1998. He also holds instructors’ ratings in Chinese and Pilipino martial arts.

Pauley Sensei is the owner and head of Anaguma Seizan Dojo, Inc, in Southwest Colorado. He is a veteran Law Enforcement Officer of over twenty years, and a well known firearms instructor. He is a sought after consultant in the areas of Counter-terrorism and Special Operations for the US military, Police Special Response teams and other governmental agencies.

He lives in the South Western area of Colorado with his wife, Samantha.
